Photo Feature: The Australian sea lions at Kangaroo Island |
In Seal Bay, on Kangaroo Island, South Australia, you can find a group of Australian sea
lions (Neophoca cinerea). This area is the northern-most rookery of the species.
The group is now closely watched and you can, with some guides, get on the beach to have a closer
look at these animals. These pictures were taken in November 1996.
